Delhi to SF began with a feeling we could not quite recreate — the aroma of spices blooming in a hot pan before you even stepped into the kitchen, and the kind of food that made ordinary days feel like an occasion.

We grew up with the flavors of Delhi, where cooking was guided as much by instinct as it was by recipes. It was a pinch of this, a handful of that, and generations of knowledge passed down through taste, memory, and time. The food was layered, generous, and always made to be shared.

When life brought us to San Francisco, we carried those memories with us. We could find the spices, but recreating the flavors we remembered often meant too many jars, too many steps, and still not quite the same feeling.

So, we began blending the spices ourselves. We layered each ingredient with care until the balance felt familiar — deeply flavorful and rooted in tradition, but simple enough for the way we cook and live today.
